摘 要:下荆江裁弯工程实施已 30年。工程实践表明,下荆江裁弯工程是按照蜿蜒性河段演变规律改造下荆江的治本工程,取得了预期工程效益,但也出现了一些原来认识不足的问题。裁弯工程是动态工程,要深入认识河道演变规律,因势利导,还要加强河道演变与工程效果观测分析,及时修改设计,更好发挥工程效益。引河工程是裁弯工程成败的关键,新河及其上下游河势控制工程则是保持和发挥裁弯工程长期效益的保证。It has been 30 years since the cut-off project on the lower Jingjiang river was carried out. The project practice shows that the river cut-off is the works to thoroughly transform the lower Jingjiang river in accordance with the evolution law of meandering reaches, and has achieved expected benefits, but there arise some problems which were not recognized enough before. The cut-off project is a dynamic one, so it is necessary to deeply understand the evolution law of the related river channel, to adroitly guide action according to circumstances, also to strengthen the observation and analysis of the river evolution and the project effect, to revise the design in time and to develop the project benefit. The pilot river development is the key to the success or failure of the cut-off project, and the new river reach and its works to control upstream and downstream river regimes are the guarantee of maintaining and developing the long-term benefit of the cut-off project.
