摘　　要：目的 :评价 Nd- YAG激光漂白四环素牙的有效性及持续性。方法 :采用 Nd- YG激光及漂白糊剂实施诊室漂白及 2周家庭漂白。利用 PR- 6 5 0测色计 CIE L* a* b*表色系对漂白术前及术后 1d,2周 ,3月及 6月的牙齿分别测色 ,分析牙色的变化。结果 :漂白牙齿的平均测色结果显示 ,术后复查各阶段 L*均高于术前 ,与术前比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;b* 均低于术前 ,除 6月 ,术后各阶段与术前比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;a*各阶段与术前比较均无显著性差异。色差△ E值呈逐渐下降趋势。结论 :Nd- YAG激光漂白四环素牙即刻效果卓越 ,短期效果明显。砄bjective: To evaluate the effect of Nd YAG laser power bleach on tetracycline stained teeth.Methods: 98 tetracycline stained teeth in 10 individuals were treated. Hi Lite past and Nd YAG laser were used for in office bleaching first, and then bleaching gel was used at home for 2 weeks. Spectra Scan PR 650 and CLE L*a*b* colorsystem were applied to measure the teeth color. Results: 1 d, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after bleaching, △L were 7.287, 7.246, 6.399, 3.497 and 3.129, △a -0.685, 0.669, -0.297, -0.601 and 0.073 , △b -4.077, -2.262, -1.485, -1.026 and -0.364, △E 8.378, 7.620, 6.576, 3.694 and 3.151 respectively. 8 out of the 10 subjects were satisfied with the treatment.Conclusion: Nd YAG laser power bleach is effective in the treatment of tetracycline stained teeth, the improved teeth color may be kept for 3~6 months after 2week bleaching.
