摘　　要：目的 :探讨人工晶状体前膜形成的治疗措施。方法 :对人工晶状体前膜形成 34例根据膜形成程度给予活动瞳孔、皮质类固醇类药物应用及YAG激光治疗。结果 :经治疗前膜消退时间为 1～ 2天者 13例 ,3～ 5天者 18例 ,7～ 10天者 3例 ,视力均有所提高。结论 :不同类型白内障人工晶状体植入前膜形成的发生率不同 ,治疗关键是早期发现、及时处理。Objective:To investigate the treatment of intraocrlar lens (IOL) membrane.Method:34 cases with IOL membrane formation were dealed with activating the pupil、locar or subconjunctival injection of corticosteroid or YAG laser according to the degree of membranes.Result:Membrane disappeared in 1～2 days after treatment in 13 cases,3～5 days in 18 cases and 7～10 days in 3 cases,Visual acuities were improved in all cases.Conclusion:Membrane formation after IOL implantation is related to the Types of cataracts.The key of tseatment to observe closely and treat as early as possible.
