摘　　要：目的 :探讨白内障超声乳化吸出术中后囊破裂的原因及有效的预防方法。方法 :对手术先期 82例 (10 0只眼 )术中后囊破裂的情况进行分析。结果 :10 0只眼中后囊破裂 11只眼 (11% )并发玻璃体外溢 5只眼 (5 % )。后囊破裂的发生率明显高于囊外手术。结论 :后囊破裂的主要原因是手术操作失误 ,加强术者的规范培训 ,提高术者的手术技巧 ,选择合适的病例可以预防后囊破裂的发生。Objective:To study the causes and prevention of posterior capsule breaks in phacoemulsification.Methods:Posterior capsule breaks were estimated in 82 cases (100 eyes) with cataract treated with phacoemulsification.Result:Of the 100 eyes,11 eyes developed posterior capsule breaks,while 5 eyes vitreous fluxion.Conclusion:The leading cause of the posterior capsule breaks was the various kinds of uncorrect operation.The preventive measurements of posterior capsule breaks in phacoemulsification were discussed.
