摘  要:目的 :观察一段式镍钛形状记忆合金种植体早期负荷条件下的界面组织学 ,以期为临床应用提供科学依据。方法 :模拟临床实践利用光镜、SEM及TEM观察了镍钛形状记忆合金种植体早期负荷条件下骨与种植体的界面情况。结果 :1 X线片显示 :镍钛形状记忆合金种植体呈分叉状牢固长于颌骨中 ,与周围骨组织结合紧密 ,呈骨性结合。 2 光镜下 :HE及Masson染色 ,见界面周围大量成熟骨组织与种植体紧密接触哈佛氏 (Havers’)系统清晰可见 ,无结缔组织膜样结构存在。3 SEM显示 :骨床陷窝内多见成熟的骨细胞。 4 TEM显示 :致密成熟的Ⅰ型胶原纤维和种植体紧密接触 ,或垂直或平行于种植体表面 ,成熟的骨细胞距离界面较近的位置。结论 :1 一段式镍钛形状记忆合金种植体在早期负荷条件下获得了骨整合。2 镍钛形状记忆合金种植体具有极佳的生物相容性和初期稳定性。 3Objective:[WT5”BZ]To observe bone reaction to early loaded nonsubmerged NiTi shape memory alloy implant in order to obtain scientific foundation.[WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ]Osseointegration of the early loaded nonsubmerged NiTi shape memory alloy implant inserted in mandibular of dogs was observed under the light and transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.[WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ]1 X ray photograph of NiTi shape memory alloy implant showed that implant had opened its blade and osseointegration was found.2.Light microscopy showed that NiTi shape memory alloy implant was well wrapped up in new bones.No connective tissue and no infect reaction was found.3.SEM showed that osteoblasts in the surface of bone bed around NiTi shape memory alloy implant had turned into osteocytes.4.TEM showed that mature and dense I type collagen fibers were seen to direct contact to NiTi shape memory alloy implant.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]1.Osseointegration was found in the early loaded nonsubmerged NiTi shape memory alloy implant obtained.2.NiTi SMI has good biocompatibility and good primary stability 3.Primary stability is very important factor to obtain osseointegration.
