龙舒泰对心脑血管疾病患者微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的 :对心脑血管疾病患者口服蚓激酶制剂龙舒泰前后微循环进行检测以评价龙舒泰的疗效及安全性。方法 :脑血管疾病患者 162例 ,予龙舒泰口服 ,监测其甲襞微循环。结果 :( 1)微循环示 :服龙舒泰前 ,162例患者异常率超过 60 .8% ,服用龙舒泰三个疗程后 ,改善显著(P <0 .0 1)。 ( 2 )结合临床疗效评价 :总有效率达 78.4%。结论 :龙舒泰通过改善微循环防治心脑血管疾病。Objective: To assay the therapeutic effect and safety of Longshutai.Method: 162 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrvascular diseases were selected to examinc their nailfold microcirculation before and after they were treated with Longshutai.Results: (1)Microcirculation observation showed before they were treated with Longshutai,abnormality of the 162 cases was higher than 60.8%.After they were treated with Longshutai,the improvement was measurable( P<0.01 ).(2)With regard to curative effect,the total effectivity was 78.4%.Conclusion: Bt improving microcirculation,Longshutai protects and cures cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
