摘　　要：目的 :研究刺五加辅助化疗对肿瘤患者的免疫调节作用 ,以寻找肿瘤治疗新途径。方法 :以FACS、ELISA双抗体夹心法及 LDH释放法分别检测淋巴细胞的表面标志、血清细胞因子、s IL - 2 R的分泌水平及外周血淋巴细胞 ( PBL)的抗肿瘤活性。结果 :应用刺五加辅助治疗后 ,患者 PBL的 CD3、CD4 分子表达升高 ;Th1型细胞因子分泌增加 ,s IL - 2 R下降 ;淋巴细胞的抗肿瘤活性 ( NK和 LAK活性 )均显著增强。结论 :刺五加可改善肺肿瘤化疗患者的免疫状况 ,提高机体的抗肿瘤效应 。Objective:To explore the immune regulation of Ci Wu Jia injection in treating pulmonary cancer so as to find a new therapy for the cancer treatment.Methods:Detections were made on the surface markers of the lymphocytes,cytokine,sil 2R secretion and peripheral lymphocytes activities by using ELISA,FACS and LDH releasing methods. Results: After the Ci Wu Jia assisted therapy,the CD 3 and CD 4 were raised with increased Th1 secretion and lowered sil 2R level.NK and LAK were enhanced in their functions.Conclusions:Ci Wu Jia injection could improve the immune function against the cancer cells with a great prospect in the treatment of cancers.
