山西生态环境损失分析及对策

摘　　要：山西的煤炭等矿产资源十分丰富,长期以来被确定为我国最重要的能源重化工基地，处于资源的优势和生态环境极其脆弱的劣势矛盾状态。过去由于种种原因在搞基地建设的同时未能相应地对生态环境进行有效的保护，产生严重的生态环境破坏和极为严重的污染，使山西经济与全国相比产生巨大的差距。本文在对山西生态环境的现状、产生原因进行分析，对生态损失进行评价的基础上，提出了一些对策建议。Due to the abundant coal and other resources, Shanxi Province has long been positioned as the most important energy ＆heavy chemistry base though it has a eco－fragil environment. For various reasons, the construction of the base was ineffective on the protection of eco－environment and caused serious eco－environment problems which in turn made economy of Shanxi Province lagged far behind. This paper analyzes the current situation, the reason of causing eco－environment problems, evaluates the ecological losses and puts forward some countermeasures. The ups and downs of the construction of Shanxi Province energy ＆heavy chemistry base is of a great help to the development of western region.
