脱脂奶溶蛋白琼脂扩散抑制试验检测兔血清中嗜水气单胞菌胞外蛋白酶的抗体

摘　　要：利用蛋白酶的溶蛋白特性 ,结合琼脂免疫扩散试验 ,建立了脱脂奶溶蛋白琼脂扩散抑制试验的新方法 ,用以检测兔血清中的嗜水气单胞菌 (Aeromonashydrophilla)胞外蛋白酶抗体。同时与琼脂扩散免疫沉淀试验及ELISA试验进行了比较 ,结果显示 ,该方法的敏感性优于琼脂扩散免疫沉淀试验 。A new method—skim milk proteolysis agar diffusion inhabit test was established according to the proteolysis character of proteases and the agar immunodiffusion test(AIDT).The new method was used to detect the antibody to extrocellular proteases of Aeromonas hydrophila from rabbit serum.And compared with the agar immunodiffusion test and the ELISA,it showed that the new method was more sensitive than the AIDT and equal as ELISA.
