β-酪啡肽对公山羊血清FSH、LH和T水平的影响

摘　　要：给公山羊瘤胃灌注β-酪啡肽 (β-CM) ,在灌注前后采取外周血样 ,用放射免疫分析法测定血清促卵泡素 ( FSH)、促黄体生成素 ( LH)和睾酮 ( T)水平 ,旨在研究β-酪啡肽对公山羊生殖内分泌的影响。结果表明 ,瘤胃灌注β-CM后 ,公山羊血清 LH和 T水平明显降低 ( P <0 .0 1或 P <0 .0 5) ,且此效应可被阿片受体拮抗剂纳络酮 ( naloxon)逆转 ,而β-CM灌注 ,对公山羊血清 FSH水平未见明显影响 ( P >0 .0 5)Male goats were ruminally infused with β casomorphin(β CM).Blood samples were collected from jugular veins before and after infusions.The serum levels of follicular stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) to determine the effect of β casomorphin on reproductive endocrine of male goats.The results indicated that ruminal infusions of β Casomorphin significantly decreased male goats' serum LH and T levels (P<0.01 or P<0.05),and these effects were blocked by the opioid antagonist naloxon.The serum FSH levels of male goats had no significant changes (P>0.05) before and after ruminal infusions of β casomorphin.
