寒冷地区作业机械密封件性能的研究

摘　　要：在我区林区，因冬季气候寒冷，许多机械的密封件极易损坏，从而影响生产，增加维修费用。本文通过对现有密封件结构的试验分析，找出其易损坏的主要原因，并提出了结构改迸措施，从而解决了在寒冷条件下作业机械的密封件易损问题。In the forest region in the northeast of China,due to the cold climate in winter, the seals used in many machineries fail quite often, which has not only affected the puoductions but also increased the maintenance cost. This paper tried to find out the main reasons of the sealing failures and proposed a measure for the structural reform of the seals, based on the experiments and analyses to thd seals, currently used. This solved the easily failing problem of the seals in machineries working under the cold conditions.
