摘　　要：我国农村长期以来受传统思想的困扰与影响 ,诉讼及行政处理等强制解决争议的方式在民事纠纷的解决中所起的实际作用并不理想 ,更多的民事纠纷是通过诉讼外的方式解决。因此 ,研究农村中这些诉讼外的民事纠纷解决机制对于维护农村的稳定以及促进农村的进一步发展具有极其重要的意义。In the countryside of China,there has been a long tradition of avoiding going to court.With its influences,the compulsive methods of solving civil disputes such as proceedings and administrative settlements play an inadequate role in operation.The majority of civil disputes are solved by non-proceeding methods.Therefore,it is of great importance to study non-proceeding resolusion mechanism in the countryside in order to uphold stability and advance further development in the countryside.
