苹果梨果实采后呼吸和乙烯释放规律

摘　　要：苹果梨果实在 9月 2 0日采收后 ,在 2 0℃下的呼吸强度逐渐降低 ,在果实衰败时有一个“呼吸峰” ,而乙烯释放量则呈峰型变化 .用外源乙烯处理苹果梨果实 ,证明该果实的呼吸属于非跃变型 .After pickng on Sep.20 at 20 ℃,the respiration idensity of apple pear fruit decreased gradully and appeared a peak of respiration when it was on the decline.But ethylene production appeared a peak.Apple pear fruits were treated by experior ethylene,the result proved that apple pear was non climacteric fruit.
