摘　　要：论述了市场经济条件下高校技术物资供应中的计划采购工作 ,根据其特点和高校的要求 ,进行分解、量化、再综合 。The planning purchase of technical supplies in universities under the condition of market economy was mentioned and a practical evaluation method was proposed. According to the features and needs of universities this evaluation method uses decomposition, quantification and re synthesis approaches to the work quality.
