应用二维超声、彩色多普勒超声及CA-125测定诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的评价

摘　　要：目的　评价二维超声、彩色多普勒血流显像及血清CA 12 5测定对卵巢肿瘤的定性诊断价值。方法　 5 6例卵巢肿瘤患者于术前 3d内行二维超声、彩色多普勒超声检测及血清CA 12 5测定 ,术后经病理组织学验证。结果　 43例卵巢良性肿瘤中 6例及 13例卵巢恶性肿瘤中 11例二维超声显示结构异常 ,7例良性肿瘤和7例恶性肿瘤RI <0 .4,12例良性肿瘤及 10例恶性肿瘤CA 12 5测定 >37U/ml,三者敏感性分别为 84.7%、5 3.8%、76 .9% ,特异性分别为 86 .0 %、83.7%、72 .1%。结论　以二维超声作为诊断基础 。Objective To assess the three techniques of 2 D ultrasonography,color Doppler flow imaging,and serum CA 125 in the qualitative diagnosis of ovary tumors.Methods Fifty six cases of ovary tumors were examined three days before operation by ultrasonogrphy to measure intra tumor blood flow resistance index (RI) and determination of serum CA 125.Post operative histological studies were carried out to prove the results.Results 2 D ultrasonography revealed abnormal structures in 6 out of the 43 benign ovary tumors and 11 out of the 13 cases of malignant tumors respectively.The RI in 7 benign and 7 malignant cases was recorded as RI< 0.4 ; In 12 cases of benign tumors and 10 of malignant tumors the value of CA 125>37 U/ml.The sensitivity of the three techniques were 84.7% 、 53.8% and 76.9% respectively; and the specificity were 86.0% , 83.7% and 72.1% respectively.Conclusions Correct diagnosis rate can be improved by multiple techniques on the basis of ultrasonographic examination.
