摘　　要：目的 :探讨鼻腔鼻窦骨母细胞瘤的诊治方法 ,提高其诊治水平。方法 :对 6例鼻腔鼻窦骨母细胞瘤患者的临床资料进行分析。 6例均接受了手术治疗。结果 :随访 2～ 14年 ,除 1例在术后 6月局部复发外 ,余随访至今 ,无复发。复发的那例 ,在再次局部切除后 ,已随访近 2年 ,无复发。结论 :鼻腔鼻窦骨母细胞瘤是良性肿瘤 ,局部彻底切除 ,同时保留邻近的重要器官是有效的治疗方法。Objective:To investigate the modalithes of diagnosis of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses and its therapy is orderts improve the efficacy of diagnesis and treatment.Method:six cases of osteoblastoma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were analyzed retrospectively.Operation were performed in all patients.Results:There were no recurrence after operation following 2-14 years but one case who recurred 6 months after operation.Conclusion:Osteoblastoma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is a benign tumor.Total local removal of tumor and preservetion of the nearby important organ such as the eye was an effective method of treatment.
