摘　　要：介绍和分析了零树量化的基本算法，提出了对该算法的两种改进方法。通过实验仿真，结果表明这一改进减小了算法的运算量，提高了压缩性能。In this paper， the basic algorithm of zerotree quantization is introduced at first． Two methods to improve the performance are presented． By simulation， the methods can reduce the complexity and improve the compressing performance．
