摘 要:根据 B楞双层瓦楞纸板衬垫静、动态平压的测试数据 ,归纳出瓦楞纸板平压缓冲性能的三个基本特征及其它特点。在构造静态模型的基础上 ,首次建立了能较全面反映瓦楞纸板衬垫在不同条件下连续多次平压冲击时动态响应的非线性粘弹塑性模型。该模型的建立及其参数的成功识别 ,不仅解决了瓦楞纸板衬垫的平压动力学计算问题 ,为缓冲包装优化设计创造了条件 ;也解决了测试工作量庞大的问题 ,通过少量测试 ,识别出模型参数 ,便可全面掌握瓦楞纸板平压的缓冲性能。According to the measured data from static and dynamic flat compression tests on B flute double wall corrugated fiberboard cushion, the three basic characteristics of the corrugated fiberboard's flat compression cushioning and other features are summed up in the paper. Based on the construction of the static model, the nonlinear viscoelastic plastic model of the cushion is established. which can overall reflect the dynamic responses of the cushion under repeated flat compression drop shocks at various conditions. The establishment of the model and successful identification of its parameters not only solve the problem of dynamic calculation of the flat compression cushion, which creates necessary conditions for the optimal design of shockproof packaging, but also solve the problem of great amount of test work. Only a few times of tests are needed to identify the model's parameters and to know completely the cushioning performance of the flat compression corrugated paperboard.
