摘　　要：建立具有个性的 Agent在基于 Agent的计算中具有重要的意义 .现有研究对于个性的定义和个性对Agent影响的分析比较片面 ,缺少对个性程度和目标自主产生的描述 .给出了有程度描述的结合倾向和特质的个性定义 ,形式化地描述了具有个性的 Agent的结构和有关算法 ,分析了个性对 Agent交互与组织的影响 ,改进了Rizzo和 Castelfranchi等人的具有个性的It is important to constitute an agent with personality in agent-based computing. Recent study of the definition and analysis of personality and its effects on agent are not complete. There are not descriptions of personality degree and autonomic goal production. In this paper, the definition of personality with degree description integrating preference and trait is presented and the structure and the related algorithm of agent with personality are formally described. The influence of personality on interaction and organization is analyzed and the implementing approach to agent with personality presented by Rizzo, Castelfranchi et al is improved.
