摘　　要：报道了采用一条新的合成路线在合成抗肿瘤天然产物 ( +) - 7- epi- Goniofufurone的过程中 ,构建五元醚环时几种方法的比较研究 .最后使用了简单的盐酸水溶液反应方法 ,使分子中的脱保护基和关环反应一步完成 .将这一反应条件用于构建The comparison of some forming five\|membered ether ring construction routes during synthesizing (+)\|7\|epi\|Goniofufurone is studied. It has been found that the reactions of removing the protecting groups and forming ether ring could be accomplished in onestep by simply using dilute hydrochloric acid.
