摘　　要：迅猛发展的信息技术正急剧改变着我们所处的经济时代，进而强烈地冲击着传统的企业管理模式。着重从组织结构、经营方式、管理重心、管理理念等四个方面，探讨了信息技术对现行企业管理模式及其变革趋势的影响。The high-speeding development of information technology (IT) is fiercely changing our world, and furthermore, hitting the traditional mode of enterprise's management. Attaching importance to the organizing structure, operating style, manging emphasis, and idea, this paper discusses the effect of information technolongy (IT) on temporary enterprise's management mode and its reforming tendency.
