层次模糊综合评价在机器设备成新率评定中的应用

摘　　要：针对资产评估中机器设备成新率评定这一重要问题 ,在传统方法的基础上 ,本文利用模糊数学方法 ,建立了单层和多层的模糊综合评价模型 ,克服了传统方法评定结果带有较大主观性的缺陷 ,使机器设备成新率的综合评定结果 。This paper analyses the important problem about mechanism new proportion rate evealuation in asset evaluation. By applying the fuzzy mathematics method, the paper establishes a single and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on the basis of traditional methods, it can overcome the previous weak point of traditional methods depending too much on subjectivity and enforce the evaluation's objectivity and reliability.
