摘  要:32头地方性氟病黄牛随机分为 4组 ,每组 8头 ,1组为对照组 ,饲喂基础日粮 ,2~ 4组为试验组 ,每天饲料中分别添加硒 0 .2 5mg· kg-1,铜 1 5mg· kg-1,硒 0 .2 5mg· kg-1+铜 1 5mg· kg-1+镁1 mg·kg-1.另设正常对照奶牛、黄牛各 8头 ,连续饲喂 83d,探讨硒、铜、镁对黄牛地方性氟病的防治效果 .结果表明 :高氟黄牛伴有低硒低铜综合症 ,血液自由基相对含量、丙二醛、血清碱性磷酸酶和红细胞变形率明显高于正常对照黄牛 ,淋巴细胞转化率降低 ,红细胞膜 Na-K-ATPase活性受抑制 ,全血谷光甘肽、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性显著低于正常对照黄牛 .添加硒、铜、镁使高氟黄牛上述有关指标呈现相应的良性改变 ,且黄牛的整体状态和营养状况明显好转 ,说明硒铜镁是防治黄牛地氟病的一个有效。cattle with endemic fluorosis under natural high fluorine environmental condition were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 for each and treated with following: ① high fluorine cattle control group; ② high fluorine cattle supplemented 0.25 mg·kg -1 selenium; ③ high fluorine cattle supplemented 15 mg·kg -1 copper; ④ high fluorine cattle supplemented 0.25 mg·kg -1 Se plus 15 mg·kg -1 Cu plus 1 mg·kg -1 Mg, eight yellow cattle and eight dairy cows were selected as normal control groups. the experiment was lasted for 83 days. The effect of selenium, copper and magnesium on the bovine endemic fluorosis was observed. The results indicated that the whole blood selenium and copper decreased and the serum fluorine, hair fluorine levels increased on 0d in endemic fluorosis cattle, blood relative free radicals, erythrocyte lipid peroxidation product (MDA), serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and erythrocyte deformation rate were significantly higher than that of normal control cattle, lymphocyte transformation rate reduced and the activity of Na K ATPase was inhibited, the whole blood GSH px, CAT and SOD activities were significantly lower than that of control cattle. However, the dietary supplemental Se, Cu and Mg in endemic fluorosis cattle had a beneficial effects of mineral status and blood biochemical constituents as above indexes on 83 days, the nutritional and spiritual situation also took on a better. It is concluded that supplement Se, Cu and Mg together can alleviate bovine endemic fluorosis effectively under natural condition. It is a practical and feasible new alleviating measure to prevent endemic fluorosis.
