摘　　要：目的　探讨健康人发光二极管 (LED)诱发的视觉诱发电位 (F FEP)的特点及在评估鞍区肿瘤视功能中的作用。方法　采用全视野LED眼罩式刺激器获得F VEP。结果　 30例健康人F VEP波幅大、易记录。对 2 1例鞍区肿瘤进行检测发现术前不同视力、视野之间与F VEP的类型密切相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　FObjective To discuss characteristics of healthy persons'Flashed visual veoked potentials(F VEP) and the clinical values of visual funciton in tumors of sella area.Methods F VEP was evoked by light emitting diode(LED).Results 30 healthy persons'F VEP had bigger waves and was easy to record.F VEP was studied in 21 patients with tumors of sella area.We found preoperatively that the classification of F VEP of the waves was related to the visual acuity and visual field deficit signficantly (P<0.01).Conclusion F VEP was useful for evaluating visual function in tumors of sella area.
