摘  要:随着阻抗血流图临床应用的深入和电子与计算机技术的发展 ,血流图检测方法有了长足的进步 ,同时也存在不少问题。本文提出的多道血流图检查方法采用了一个公共的、以快速切换方式分时工作的恒流源 ,解决了同时使用两个或两个以上恒流源可能引起的信号混淆和干扰问题。新型血流图检测方法还应输出阻抗和导纳两套波形及测量参数 ,便于临床人员根据不同的应用要求选择使用 ,或进行对比研究 ,同时在血流图分析方面要包容更多的算法 ,可对心、脑、肺、肝、肾及肢体等器官进行血流图测量 ,分析 ,打印相应的报告 ,并为系统的功能扩充留有余地。With the developments of clinical application of impedance rheogram, electronic and computer technology, the measurement method of rheogram has made a great progress. At the same time, there are still many problems in rheogram measurement. In this paper is presented a new measurement method of multi-channel impedance rheography, it uses a common constant current source, which supplies current to two or more channels one by one with rapid switching. This prevents confusion and interference from current sources. The new measurement method should be able to output two kinds of parameters: impedance or admittance. Thus, the method would be convenient for doctor to select to use any of the two parameters according to different application requests, or to compare results from the two kinds of parameters. In respect of analyzing rheogr waveform, the new measurement method shall include more formulas to calculate rheogram parameters, and shall be able to analyze rheograms of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and limbs and so on, and print related reports. In addition, the new measurement method must make extension of system possible.
