摘 要:目的 了解碘缺乏地区实施碘盐干预前,干预后5年、15年儿童的智力发育水平。方法碘盐干预前使用“绘人法”,碘盐干预后的5年、15年均使用Startord-Bined量表,并在非病区做了对照研究。结果碘盐干预前缺碘组儿童平均智商为对71.11±0.46,非病区78.18±0.47,碘盐干预后5年,但受试儿童为碘盐干预前出生;缺碘组平均智商为86.95±10.64,非病区为80.59±9.01;碘盐干预后15年缺碘组儿童平均智商为73.26±10.32,非病区为87.60±10.50。结论碘缺乏病可造成儿童的智力发育落后,在胚胎及婴幼期缺碘,却使以后充分补碘对缺碘造成的智力发育的损害难以改善,只有长期充分的碘盐干预病区儿童才能达到非病区水平。Objective: To compare the intelligence development level of children between before iodine supplement and after iodine supplement for 5 and 15 years in iodine deficient areas. Methods it was tested with 'person drawing method' before iodine implement and Standord-Bired method after iodine supplement for 5 and 15 year. Meanwhile the control was tested in normal areas. Results The average to of children was 71.± 0. 46 before iodine supplement in diseased areas and 78. 18 ± 0. 47 in normal areas; After iodine supplement for 5 years, the average IQ of children born before iodine supplement was 73. 26±10. 32, that of normal areas was 80. 59 ±9. 01. After iodine supplement for 15 years, the IQ was 86. 95±10. 64 in diseased areas and 87. 60± 10. 50 in normal areas. Conclusions The intelligence development was retarded by iodine deficiency. It was difficult to improve the impairment caused by iodine deficiency during fetal and infant period, even though sufficient iodine implement after that. It was necessary to supply iodine long and sufficiently for children's intelligence development to reach the normal level.
