静注人血丙种球蛋白治疗白质脑病疗效与实验室观察

摘　　要：目的 :为阐明人血丙种球蛋白 (IVIG)治疗白质脑病的新方法及其对患儿体液免疫功能的影响。方法 :静脉注射人血丙种球蛋白治疗白质脑病 16例 ,应用单向免疫扩散法测定血清中免疫球蛋白及补体C3 。结果 :静脉注射人血丙种球蛋白可使患儿症状迅速改善 ,体征及辅助检查改变逐渐恢复 ,从而减少并发症及后遗症 ,疗效优于对照组 ,且未见明显毒副作用 ;观察组较对照组补体C3 恢复好。结论Objective To interprete the new method of intravenous immunoglobulin treating children with the white matter encephalopathy and the change of humoral immunological funtion.Method 16 children with white matter encephalopathy were treated with(IVIG),and the control group was established.Serum immunoglobulin and complement C3 were detected by single direction diffusion.Results The symptoms of examination group were ameoliated relative quickly,then the signs and examination indexes were gradually furbished,so as to reduce the complications and sequelae.The effect of the examination group was prior to that of the control group.Conclusion IVIG is a good agent to treat the children with the white matter encephalopathy.
