摘 要:采用肝 /小肠联合移植模型 ,观察对移植肠 ATPase、AKP和 ACh E活性的影响 ,结果发现 :肝小肠联合移植与单纯小肠移植相比 :1前者能延长受体动物的存活期 ,并对移植小肠产生的免疫排斥反应有明显的减轻和延迟作用 ;2肝小肠联合移植的移植物内 ATPase、AKP和 ACh E活性反应较好。结果表明 :上述 3种酶活性的改变能相应地反映移植器官产生免疫排斥反应的程度和受体动物的生存状态 。To observe the changes of triphosphatase (ATPase), alkalinophosphatase (AKP) and acytelcholinesterase (AchE) activities in the intestinal allografts after combined liver intestine transplantation, the combined liver intestine transplantation model was used. The results showed that: (1) After combined liver intestine transplantation, the recipient survival prolonged and the immune rejection was significantly decreased or delayed as compared with that produced by the intestinal allotransplantation alone; (2) ATPase, AKP and AChE activities in the combined transplanted intestine allografts were much stronger than those in the alone transplanted ones. The results suggested that the changes of the three kinds of the enzyme activities might reflect the degree of immune rejection and the condition of recipient survival, and could be helpful for monitoring the rejection clinically after organ transplantation.
