摘  要:用低硒饲料饲喂大鼠两个月,制备自由基损伤模型。向饲料中分别或联合添加0.25ppm亚硒酸钠.2.66Ppm氯化铜,均能显著改善致损心肌的心肌收缩性能,使主动咏流量、冠脉流量,心输出量,每搏输出量、脉压.左室最高压,左室舒末压,室内压最大上升速率、室内压最大下降速率等9项指标一致向正常方向转化。而且能显著减轻离体心脏在灌流过程中出现的心肌自然衰竭。两种微量元素联合应用的效果比单独应用时更为显著。以上结果提示铜作为超氧化物歧化酶的活性中心,硒作为谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性中心,各通过其酶清除自由基,导致心肌收缩性能的改善。Free radical damaged rat model was prepared by 2 months' feeding on low Se contained crops. 0.25ppm Na2SeO3, 2.66ppm CuCl2 supplied to crops separately or concomitantly could improve the contractility of the damaged myocardium:al 1 the 9parameters--aortic hlood flow, coronary blood flow,cardiac output, stroke volume,pulse pressure, systolic pressure of left ventricle, end diastolic pressure of left ventricle, the maximum raising rate and the maximum falling rate of intraventricular pressure converted towards and even better than normal control; the natural failure of the myocardium during perfusing the isolated heart appeared significantly milder. When the two trace elements were administrated in combination, the effects were more significant than any of them used alone. The above results consisted with that Cu as the active center of superoxide dismutase, Se as the active center of glutathione per-oxidase played their scavenger role through the respective enzymes, and thus improved the contractility of myocardium.
