摘　　要：介绍一种为了提高和稳定啤酒的产品质量而开发研制的硅胶自动添加变频调速 PL C控制系统 .该系统能够准确控制硅胶的添加量和硅胶与啤酒的反应时间 ,自动维持啤酒与硅胶的比例关系 ;该系统还能依据啤酒的种类 ,按照工艺要求的比例关系任意改变硅胶添加量的设定 .To improve and stabilize the quality of beer during the warrant date, the system controlled by PLC to add silica gel automatically is developed. This system can preciouly control the quantity of silica gel added into beer to maintain the constant proportion between beer and silica gel, and the reaction time of silica gel and beer. This proportion can also be changed according to the type of beer and technical requirement.
