摘 要:本文报道了用含甲基睾丸酮 (MT) 30和 6 0 μg / g剂量的载药饵料饲喂 6日龄大瓶螺 (AmpullariagigasSpix) 6天 ,雄螺百分比分别为 46 2 %和 5 6 3%。统计学检验显示对照组与 30 μg /g剂量组间无显著性差异 ,与 6 0 μg/g剂量组间有显著性差异。说明MT对 6日龄大瓶螺有一定的雄性化作用。因为 ,用性激素使性别功能改变的条件是处理期必须开始于性别分化完成以前 ,故推断大瓶螺性别分化完成可能不会早于孵化出的第 6天。Previous researches have showed that methyltestosterone (MT) exhibits a sex reversal mechanism in some species of vertebrate. Experiments of sex reversal in Ampullaria gigas Spix hatched 6 days before showed that after MT(with a dose of 30 or 60 μg/g) feed was used for 6 days,the male rates were 46.2% and 56.3% respectively,while that of control was only 29.1%. There are statistic significant differences between 60μg/g and control groups. The fact tends to suggest that MT exhibits a sex reversal mechanism in the snail. In addition,it has been deduced by the authors that the differentiation of the gonard in the snail would not be finished 6th days after the snail being hatched.
