摘　　要：目的 建立ｂＦＧＦ的检测方法并检测直肠癌患者癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的含量。方法 用纯化的ｂＦＧＦ免疫白兔制得抗血清，再用Ｗｅｓｔｅrｎ ｂｌｏｔ方法检测组织中的ｂＦＧＦ含量。结果 ①癌组织中ｂＦＧＦ的含量显著高于正常组织；②无淋巴转移时癌组织中ｂＦＧＦ含量与癌旁组织有显著差异，而有淋巴转移时癌组织中ｂＦＧＦ含量与癌旁组织有差异。结论 直肠癌组织中ｂＦＧＦ含量明显升高且癌旁组织bFGF升高与肿瘤是否有淋巴转移有关。Objective To establish a det ecting method of bFGF and to measure the lev el of bFGF in normal and neoplastic tissues of colorectal cancer patiens. Methods Rabbits were immunized wi th purified bFGF. The Western blot method wa s used to detect the level of bFGF in tissur es Results ①The level of bFGF in n eoplastic tissues was obviosly higher than that of normal tissues. ②The level of bFGF in neoplastic tissues was significantly high er than that of normal tissues when there wa s no lymph node metastasis; but there was di fference in levels of bFGF between neoplast ic tissues and normal tissues when there wa s lymph node metastasis Conclusion The levels of bFGF in neoplastic tissues were closely related with the lymph node metastasis
