摘　　要：同源盒基因是一族含有共同的183个核苷酸序列的调节基因，在生物的发育分化中起重要的作用，具有高度保守性，是转录过程的主控基因。本文结合有关文献，探讨同源盒基因在胶质瘤中的表达及作用和临床诊断应用前景。Homeobox genes are a family of transcriptional regulato rs which contain a common 183-nucleotide sequence.Known as master control genes, they possess high conservation through evolution and play a crucial role in the development and differetiation of organisms.This article is about to discuss the expression of homeobox genes in glioma and the possible role of homebox genes i n oncogenesis,suggesting that homeobox genes may be useful in clinical diagnosis.
