摘　　要：目的　探讨外伤性白内障的手术疗效、手术时机及手术要点。方法　对 33例外伤性白内障进行回顾性研究。结果　术后矫正视力 0 .1以上者占 57.6 % ,0 .5以上者占 9%。结论　外伤性白内障手术的眼部条件差 ,手术复杂 ,外伤性质及程度影响手术预后 ,但通过妥善的手术 。? Objective To evaluate the operative effect,time and methods of traumatic cataract surgery.Methods 33 cases of traumatic cataract were analysed retrospectively.Results The results of the rapy were as follass:postoperative corrected vision,37.6% of the patients were>0.1,9% were>0.5.Conclusion The operation of traumatic cataract is complicated.The condition of the eyes is bad.Traumatic quality and extent influence the effect of surgery.But the vision of the patients will improved obviously by satisfactory surgeries. 〔
