二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断腮腺肿块与病理诊断对照

摘　　要：目的　总结腮腺肿物的高频声像图特征及其彩色多普勒血流变化 (CDFI)情况 ,评价彩超的诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析 2 5例腮腺肿块的彩超所见 ,并与病理对照。结果　腮腺肿块的二维超声物理性诊断符合率 10 0 % ,超声与病理结果对照 ,符合率因病而异 ,良性符合率为 82 % ,恶性符合率为 41% ,彩色多普勒技术能大大提高恶性肿瘤的诊断率。Objectives Evaluate the value of two-dimensional ultrasonography and color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in the differential diagnosis between malignant tumor and tumor of parotid.Methods We analysed and evaluated synthetically the two-dimensional sonographic characteristics and CDFI of benign and malignant tumor of parotid in the 128 cases identified by operation and pathology.Results CDFI showed that the positive expectant value was 100%(128/128),and the accurate rate was 82%(102/128) in parotid tumor,while the accuracy rates were relatively lower simply in malignant tumor of parotid.Conclusions Two-dimension and CDFI were valuable in the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant tumor of parotid and were of referable value in the accurate diagnosis before operation.
