摘　　要：作者描述了医院跨越式发展的内涵 ,指出医院实现跨越式发展的重要性 ,提出了医院要实现跨越式发展应处理好的若干关系 ,即①重点和一般的关系 ;②客观可能性和主观能动性的关系 ;③热忱和冷静的关系 ;④创新和常规的关系 ;⑤速度和质量的关系 ;⑥长远和当前的关系 ;⑦学科带头人和梯队建设的关系 ;⑧管理和技术两支队伍建设的关系 ;⑨规模和实力的关系 ;⑩硬件和软件的关系 ; 变革和稳定的关系 ;The paper describes the connotation of a hospitals leaping development, presents the significance of such development, and puts forward several relationships that must be properly handled in order for a hospital to achieve leaping development. These include: ①the relationship between priorities and generalities; ②the relationship between objective possibility and subjective initiative; ③the relationship between ardor and soberness; ④the relationship between innovation and convention; ⑤the relationship between speed and quality; ⑥the relationship between the future and the present; ⑦the relationship between academic leaders and the building of the academic echelon; ⑧the relationship between the construction of the management contingent and the construction of the technical contingent; ⑨the relationship between scale and actual strength; ⑩the relationship between hardware and software; B11the relationship between change and stability; and B12the relationship between leaders and the masses.
