后房人工晶状体脱位的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨后房人工晶状体植入术后各种晶状体脱位的原因及对视力的影响。方法　随访后房人工晶状体植入术病例 ,对晶状体的脱位情况及与并发症的关系进行观察和分析。结果　有 2 1例在术后 2周～ 1年发生各种晶状体脱位造成视力减退。结论　人工晶状体植入术中应注意晶状体植入的情况 ,术后应定期随访及时治疗并发症 ,可减少晶状体脱位的发生。Objective To investigate the causes and reduction of vision acuity in the patients with dislocation of posterior chamber intraocular lens(PC IOL).Methods The patients was followed up to observe the relationship between dislocation of PC IOL and condition about surgery.Results 21 cases with dislocation of PC IOL and reduction of visual acuity were found from 2 weeks to 1 year after surgery.Conclusion Selection of surgical indication,successful operation and as early as possible to treat postoperative complications may reduce the incidence of dislocation of PC IOL.
