检测老年肝病患者血浆凝血酶原活性的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨凝血酶原活性(FⅡ:CA)与老年肝病患者肝功能的关系.方法应用巨齿蛇毒发色底物法检测老年肝病患者凝血酶原活性105例.结果痰病组正常老年人(≥60岁)、青壮年(≤45岁)的FⅡ:CA有明显差异,老年肝病患者的FⅡ:CA明显低于健康老年人.结论老年肝病患者应及时检测FⅡ:CA.Objective To evaluate the effect of plasmal prothrombin coagulative activity(factor Ⅱ coagulative activity,FⅡ:CA)on old age with liver diseases.Methods FⅡ:CA of 105 patients with liver diseases were detected with Eehis Carinalus venem method of Chromigenic substance.Results There were signficant differences in FⅡ:CA between the health old age and young-middle age,and FⅡ:CA of old patients with the liver diseases are lower than that of health old people.Conclusion The patients with liver diseases should be detected with FⅡ:CA to know the liver function of old persons.
