摘 要:目的 研究真空烧结粉末冶金法制作钛合金试件的力学性能。方法 采用真空烧结粉末冶金法制作钛合金试件 ,测试钛合金试件的抗压强度和弯曲强度。结果 在 10 0~ 30 0MPa范围内 ,烧结体的抗压强度为 111~92 1MPa ,随着成形压力的增大 ,烧结体的抗压强度增大 ;采用的 3种钛粉末粒度对烧结体的力学性能没有影响 ;钛粉镀铜镀锡组烧结体的抗压强度较其它粉末配方组大。在 15 0~ 2 5 0MPa范围内 ,烧结体的三点弯曲强度为 10 2~183MPa ,弯曲弹性模量为 12 193~ 2 6 6 30 ;不同配方组的烧结体弯曲强度有差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而弯曲弹性模量无差异 (P>0 0 5 )。结论 钛基金属粉末的配方及成形压力对烧结体的力学性能有影响 ,对钛粉进行化学镀铜镀锡处理是改善钛粉的压制性能、烧结性能 。Objective To investigate mechanical properties of titanium alloy samples with vacuum sintered powder metallurgy.Methods Titanium based metal powder mixtures were compacted into green bodies in the double action press and sintered at 1000℃ for 15 minutes in a vacuum furnace at 0.025Pa.Then the mechanical properities of the sintered compacts were evaluated.Results Compressive strength of sintered bodies were 111 921MPa when compacted pressure increased from 100MPa to 300MPa.Compressive strength of sintered bodies increased with compacted pressure.Three particle sizes of titanium powder,-160 mesh,-200/+300 mesh,-300mesh,did not affect the mechanical properties of sintered bodies. The compressive strength of sintered bodies with the plating of copper and tin were higher than those without the plating. Three point bending strength and elastic modulus of sintered bodies were respectively 102 182MPa and 12193 26630 when compacted pressure were 150MPa and 250MPa.Conclusion The composition of titanium based metal powder mixtures and the compacted pressure affect the mechanical properties of sintered compacts. Titanium powder plated with copper and tin is compacted and sintered easily,the mechanical properties of sintered compacts are greatly improved. [
