摘 要:目的 从绿茶中提取的多酚成分 ,具有很强的抗氧化作用。没食子酰表没食子儿茶素 (EGCG)是该提取物的主要成分。本实验旨在证明EGCG对TPA的促癌作用具有抑制效应。方法 采用BALB 3T3细胞转化试验、诱导小鼠耳部炎性水肿试验和小鼠背部皮肤增生试验 ,以观察EGCG对TPA的抑制作用。结果 体外试验 ,EGCG具有抑制TPA的促细胞转化作用 ;在整体实验 ,EGCG可以抑制TPA诱导的小鼠耳部水肿。其最大抑制率为43 5 1% ;EGCG对TPA所诱导的小鼠背部皮肤增生的最大抑制率为 46 6 0 %。Objective Polyphenol components isolated from green tea have strong antioxidant action Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) is main composition of green tea extract. In this paper,the inhibitory effect of EGCG on promotion cancer of TPA would be testified. Methods BALB/3T3 cells transformation assays\,test of edema in mouse ear and skin prolifertion in mouse back were used to observe the inhibitiory effect of EGCG on promotion cancer of TPA. Results In vitro tests,results indicated that EGCG significantly inhibited the promotion effect of TPA in BACB/3T3 cell transformation assays. In vivo experiments,EGCG inhibited edema induced by TPA in mouse ear. The biggest inhibition rate was 43.51%. The inhibitory effect of EGCG on the induction of skin proliferation was also found in mouse back treated with TPA. The biggest inhibition rate was 46.60%. Conclusion In this paper,mechanisms of the antipromotion effect of EGCG were discussed. It was suggested that EGCG could have some practical use in cancer prevention.
