摘　　要：摹拟画像在18世纪发展 ,当前在国内外作为一种技术手段在刑侦中得到了应用。刑事案件目击者和被害人在摹拟画像中具有重要的地位及作用 ,其生理、心理、案件的现场环境等因素对目击者、被害人的描述有一定影响 ,在摹拟画像的制作过程中应该注意几个重要方面。This article states briefly the development of imitative portrait , the current situation at home and abroad , and the application to criminal investigation as a technical means . It analyzes in detail the status and function of witnesses and victims in portrait drawing . It also states the factors that influence witnesses and victims such as physiology , psychology and surroundings as well as some significant aspects that should be paid more attention to in the process of portrait drawing .
