摘　　要：文 [1 ]首次提出了 HX环 (幂环 )的概念 ,文 [2 ]探索了幂环的性质和结构 .本文类似于幂群的研究 ,提出了正规幂环和一致幂环的概念 ,研究了它们的结构和它们之间的关系 ,对它们进行了分类 ,并讨论了它们的交与和 。In [1] the concept of HX ring (power ring) has been raised firstly. In [2] its the structures and the properties have been described. In this paper the concepts of normal power ring and uniform power ring are put forward,and their structures and their relations are described, and attempts are made to classify the power ring.Finally,their intersections and sums are deal with,thus their chains of subring and the chains of ideal are constructed.
