摘　　要：介绍由计算机和PLC构成的FMS二级物料贮运系统,包括小车行走定位控制、故障诊断和处理、上下位机通信和物料系统管理等。实际运行结果表明,系统具有功能全、性能好、可靠性高、自主开发比重大等特点,达到了作为生产型设备的各项要求。A two-level FMS workpieces storing and conveying system composed of microcomputer and PLC is introduced. The position control of conveyer, fault diagnosis and the communications betwean microcomputer and PLC are discussed. Practical application shows that this system has many advantages in function,performance,reliability and self-reliance.
