上市公司连续亏损成因的实证研究

摘　　要：以沪深两市连续两年以上亏损的 2 7家公司为研究样本 ,另外选择了 2 7家非连续亏损的上市公司为控制样本组 ,借助统计分析软件 SPSS for Windows9.0 ,采用立面分析法 (Profile Analysis)和主成份分析法 (Principal Com ponents Analysis)辩识上市公司出现亏损的主要因素 ,寻找连续亏损公司和非连续亏损公司各项主要财务指标间的特征差异 ,以期从整体而非单项指标的角度 ,为连续亏损的上市公司的治理提供指导意见。With the methods of Profile Analysis and Principal Components Analysis,we have discussed the problem of continuous deficit in Listcoms,have sought the main contributing factors of their continuous deficit compared with profit listcoms.The results have some directions for harness of listcoms.
