摘　　要：“入世”谈判对我国汽车工业冲击很大。由于国家对汽车产业调控不到位（如缺乏明确的战略，没有合理的 调控手段、制约机制不完善等），致使目前我国汽车市场结构混乱，各汽车生产企业间陷入无序的市场竞争。因此呼吁 实施国家大战略，促进我国汽车工业企业发展。Negotiation for the WTO has a strong influence to the China automotive industry. Since China is less regulation and control method (e. g. short of clear strategy, reasonable regulation and control method, and the restrict system needs to be improved), which causes confusion of China automotive market structure and the out - of- order market competition among the automotive manufacturing enterprises, the State general strategy must be implemented so as to promote the development of China automotive enterprises.
