摘　　要：在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９ｘ操作系统的５８６计算机上，通过有关的函数读出ＰＣ机中时钟工作频率等数值和利用自编的Ｒｅａｄｃｏｕｎｔｅｒ（）函数，读出ＰＣ机８２５３可编程计数器／定时器中的计数值，得出毫秒级为单位的精确时间值，可提高减速顶性能检测系统的测速精度。In the computers 586 of Windows 9x operating system, numerical valuse of working frequency of the clock in PC computer are read through the relevant function and counting value of programmingable counter /timer in PC computer 8253 are read making use of made - self readcounter function,accurate time value of unit in millisecond grade are given,velocity measure accuracy of the detecting sysetem of retarder properties can be raiseed.
