摘 要:中国加入WTO后,“幼稚”的汽车工业必然受到汽车跨国公司的冲击。与整车生产企业相比,汽车零部件企业存在厂家多、生产规模小、零部件产品通用性差,市场集中应不高,企业竞争力不强等问题,为了面对入世后的挑战,本文从关税、反倾销、知识产权等方面,分析并提出我国汽车零部件产业应采取的对策。After China joined in WTO, the young automotive industry is certainly suffered the impacts from foreign automotive companies. Compared with the whole vehicle production enterprises, automotive component and part enterprises have some problems such as so many producers, small production scale, inferior product part versatility, less market concentration and weak enterprise competition ability, etc. In order to face with the challenge after joined in WTO, the paper analyzes the aspects of tariff, anti - dumping, knowledge property right. etc. and puts forward the countermeasures to be taken by automotive component and part industry in our state.
