摘　　要：对传统图书馆以有形信息载体提供为基础而形成的体制、组织结构、业务流程、人力资源管理进行了思考分析。强调在新的环境下 ,要对传统图书馆进行全面改造 。This paper analyses and discusses the system, structure,process and manpower management of traditional library which is based on provision of physical carriers of information. It must be all-around reformed,but not only increase more functions.
