摘　　要：分析了传统环境评价方法的局限;论述了面向可持续发展的城市交通环境影响评价的 出发点、价值观;并提出了面向可持续发展的城市交通环境影响评价体系的基本构想,包括评 价原则、对象、要素、指标、程序、内容及方法等.The limitations of traditional evaluation method are first analyzed in this paper; then, the starting points and the value viewpoint of urban transportation environment impact evaluation orienting sustainable development are discussed; and finally, the basic conceiving for the evaluation system of urban transportation environment impact orienting sustainable development is put forward, including the principles, objects, essentials, indexes, sequence, content method, etc.
