摘  要:有机金浆作为一种新材料被应用在厚膜上。其组成为一匀相体系 ,以天然的有机化合物为原料 ,经硫化 ,与氯酸金反应制得的金有机化合物作主体材料 ,添加剂有机盐作辅助材料 ,配以添料经调节粘度而制成。浆料性能稳定 ,可印刷或涂敷于瓷片、玻璃或纤维面板上 ,于 530~ 750℃烧结。烧成的膜层薄而致密 ,导电性好 ,附着力强 ,分辨率高。另外 。Organic gold ink as a new material has used for thick-film technology.It is a homogeneous system.Its manufacture process was as follows:natural organic resin as a raw material was sulphidized at first and then reacted with HAuCl 4 to form organogold compound as an essential material;adding organic salt as an auxiliary material and other additives;regulating the viscosity;the organic gold ink was made.The ink is stable and can print or apply on the ceramic,glass,substrate or fibre board and fired at 530~750℃.The film obtained is thinner and denser,good adhesive and fine resolution,and excellent conductive.The ink can be a photoetching one after adding a photosensitizer.
